Villa Terracotta represents the perfect blend of modern architecture and refined interior design, offering an exceptional experience of relaxation and comfort. Meticulously crafted, the villa features two distinct living areas, each designed to cater to different moods and activities.
The first living area flows seamlessly from the open kitchen to the dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing and entertaining. The addition of two striking indoor palm trees at the entrance further enhances the villa’s unique and calming ambiance, bringing nature into the heart of the home.

Upstairs, the second living space serves as a dedicated cinema room, complete with a 65-inch TV and plush seating, designed for the ultimate movie-watching experience. This thoughtful design allows residents to enjoy a private retreat without sacrificing comfort or style.
The villa's architectural design extends to the four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private balcony. These intimate outdoor spaces create personal sanctuaries for guests, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a quiet moment surrounded by the beauty of Pererenan.
